How much of the total amount do I pay in advance to make a reservation?
From 1-10 days 120 Euro
From 11-20 days 220 Euro
From 21-30 days 320 Euro
From 30 days and ongoing 520 Euro
The remaining amount of the stay and the deposit must be paid with Visa or cash upon delivery of the keys.
To go ahead with your booking you need to fill in the form and after that you will choose the way of payment. Then we will send you to an official paypal page where you will make the payment to barcelona-home.com (inmo6d2 S.L.)
If you have a promotional discount code or you heard about us from an affiliate or a friend, once you have filled the form you be able to sign in the code.
Remember to read the faq page of the website where you can see the conditions of each accommodation.
Fair
During the GSMA (14-17 February) there will a price variation on all our accommodations. (Flats: 120 Euros extra/ night) The price will be calculated based on information found on our website.
*Stays for less than 30 days
Between 1 May and 15 September
Between 26 December and 3 January
For stays in flat : extra cost of 5€ per night / person to pay upon check in (not included in the budget price).
For stays in shared flats : no extra seasonal cost.
